Fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy to prepare, cook and clean. 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs with pillow-top mattresses make resting for your next day easy. There are 2 queen beds. 1 bunk bed.  The beach remains uncrowded all season with plenty of room for relaxing or building sand castles.  Find treasures like sea glass, starfish and sand dollars. You may even see a harbor seal.  A short walking distance from the beach will bring you to a mile long rock jetty for fishing and sunset pictures. In the Village of Camp Ellis there are 2 restaurants (1 year round), and 2 gift shops.  Leave the dock on whale watch, go deep sea fishing. Rent kayaks for the day on the Saco River.  Local general store has fresh daily lobster and will steam it for you.  3 min drive to Old Orchard Beach that has shops and an amusement park.  10-12 minute drive to 2 theme parks such as FunTown/SplashTown. This is a fully equipped year round home (NO SMOKING, NO CATS). Small dogs allowed with permission and small additional fee of $65.00 (much cheaper than kennel). We are fully licensed and registered with the State of Maine. It has the following amenities: 3 bedrooms: 2 queens, 1 bunkbed (1 full, 1 twin mattress) 1 ½ baths Kitchen - refrigerator/freezer - stove/oven - microwave - full-size dishwasher - toaster - pots/pans/dishes/silverware/lobster pot - CD/AM/FM Living room - color TV (with basic cable on off-season) - DVD/VCR - 2 full size couches Master bedroom has color/cable TV Secondary bedroom with queen size bed has color TV with local stations and DVD 3rd bedroom with bunkbed has color tv with local stations.
